Rong Xiang CHEN - Exexutives Advisor
Mr. Chen Rong Xiang is formerly an experienced partner at IBM Global Business Services, servicing as general manager/partner at IBM Global Business Services,l leading Communication Sector and Energy and Utility Industry, focusing previously on servicing large and complex telecom, media and energy & utility industry and their major icon clients. He’s a seasoned consultant, whose professional career spanned across many fields in business consulting and in enterprise management. His experience and industry/professional insights covered many areas of business consulting, serving large and complex clients and industries. Prior to joining IBM in 2002 as part of IBM’s acquisition of PwC Consulting, he was financial controller (for two years at PricewaterhouseCoopers China) and consulting director of PwC Consulting. Amid his close to 30 years professional career, he had also served as Franke China (a Swiss privately held multi-national corporation) CFO, Deloitte & Touche
(USA) audit manager.
Mr. Chen’s main focus in professional business consulting mainly covered enterprise strategic transformation planning and execution, enterprise lean and efficient operation, enterprise culture cultivation and transformation, enterprise financial and cost management, enterprise human resources strategic planning and HR management, enterprise resources planning and large & complex system implementation, telecom and media operation and business support system planning and enhancement, clean energy and its supporting information system planning and implementation, smart utility network planning and system integration, etc. During his distinguished professional service career at IBM, he mainly serviced as head of sector/industry leader, large state owned and highly select privately owned enterprises in media, telecom and energy & utility industries. Michael Chen - Managing Partner
Michael has over 10 years experience in Learning solutions design & delivery; education business development; talent, leadership & organizational development.
Michael has worked with Intel for about 4 years in Intel Learning & Development as the Asia Employee Development manager. In this strategic role, Michael led a multi-cultural virtual team of 6 learning & development consultants to identify Asia wide employee development top priorities, work out learning & development curriculum, road map and execution.
Before Intel, Michael worked 2 years in HP as the east China business development manager for HP education services. In this role, he had close engagement with account sales team or executives of HP customers to provide consultation on HP education services and sell in about 2 million US dollars of education services annually. He also played the role of professional trainer in Teambuilding and Leadership skills in 2 foreign training companies previously. Michael has delivered consulting and training services to customers like Bayer, Dow Chemical, Maersk, Nokia and Volvo.

Linda Fan - Managing Partner
Linda Fan has over 16 years of experience in HR. During those years she led the HR Department at Cisco for Greater China. Before she was senior HR at Schneider Electric where she initiated and won the “Top 50 Employer Branding" in China at Schneider Electric. Linda fulfilled various roles in which she developed HR structure, defined competencies, and measured competency and performance according to matrix. Currently, she is a Principals & Partner at ZestLearning focusing on organization diagnosis sales solutions. Linda Fan’s specialties include talent acquisition, organization & people development, change management, executive coaching and organization diagnosis.

He Ting - Principal Consultant
Mr. He Ting is an expert in sales management, sales capability and leadership development. He worked in IBM and HP for about 12 years, with solid track record e.g. the initiator of HP China outsourcing business model, team management executive for key account and channel development team. Mr. He Ting had been key account manager in IBM for 1.5 years. Then he moved to HP as business development manager, channel development manager and finally he was promoted to be the department manager for HP west China account sales team, then North China sales General Manager for HP Enterprise Group.
Mr. He Ting has been the certified instructor for HP Business School since 2000 and he has served customers like China Mobile, China Merchants Bank, Siemens, Symantec, Research institute of Beijing Telecom, Microsoft and Vanke.

Frank Feng - Principal Consultant
Frank is currently the senior consultant in Zest Learning in charge of solutions design and localization.
He has been in Human Resources management practice and consulting in the past 20 years. Frank worked in multinationals e.g. IBM and Eaton, while at the same time, he had rich experience in private consulting company to provide human resources related consulting services.
In his past experience as Human Resources consultant, Frank developed a “7M Organization Effectiveness Model” which can help clients to diagnose and analyze gaps of sales channels and identify improvement areas.
Besides, Frank also made use of his instructional design experience in IBM and Eaton to design measurable tools for program effectiveness.
Some of the customers Frank served are Bao Steel, Bank of Communication, Huawei, IDEO and Shanghai Volkswagen Automative Company

Xudong Xia - Director, Technology and Cloud Services Delivery
Xudong Xia has abundant experiences in large e-business system planning, architecture, developing and implementation. He is proficient in computer hardware & software and network technology, experienced in system developing management and implementation, and he used to lead and hold many large application systems.
Mr. Xia worked for The Shanghai Institute of Technical Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Inchcape Information Technology Corporation, and etc., appointed as General Manager of Shanghai Ronzi Computer Science Technology Ltd., and lasted 8 years long. Meanwhile, Xudong Xia is the guest lecturer of Shanghai Jiao Tong University and accredited SQL Server instructor of Microsoft.
